Finca Yenizel is a residential housing project for a newlywed couple. The property is located in Huitzilac in the state of Morelos and 20 minutes from the city of Cuernavaca. Huitzilac is one of the most wooded and coldest areas in the state.

The house is located on a 1001.29 m2 lot, surrounded by pine trees and hilly topography.

The project deploys two square volumes built in steel and glass that rotate 45 degrees on its central axis, divided by a roofed patio that connects directly with the polygonal pool; this with the intention of enhancing the visual finish of the main entrance and dividing the uses of the house, where one cube is intended for the public area and the other for private areas. Upstairs are located two rooms that are intertwined through a glass bridge, achieving a sense of freedom that forges a link between nature and human beings.
