Cuaglía 118 is an urban restructuring intervention, located on the outskirts of the historic center of the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos. The building stands on a 68 square meter site, divided into four levels, three of them for offices and a ground floor for shops.

The result is a building in heist no higher than 8% of the other surrounding buildings. In view, a façade designed from the artisanal placement of an apparent hollow concrete block lattice and a structural system of reinforced concrete formed with pine wood boards of apparent finish imposed, which therefore fits perfectly into the immediate context, thus respecting the city of Cuernavaca.
